The Open Constitution

This project by professors in the Department of Political Science will create a two-volume collection of edited American Supreme Court cases and commentary as an OER textbook, provisionally titled The Open Constitution. Case law textbooks are outdated fairly quickly, and this project will create a up-to-date knowledge base including topics and examples specific to Hawai'i that can be used by any instructor.
